Most growth problems aren't creative problems. They're plumbing problems — the ad platform doesn't know which leads closed, the CRM doesn't know what the customer bought, and nobody can say which spend made money.

I've spent four years on both sides of that gap: running the paid campaigns and building the systems underneath them. That's the combination that lets me fix it. The work I'm proudest of isn't a clever automation — it's taking a business running on five disconnected tools and rebuilding it as one, so leadership could finally decide from complete data.
