The brief
Onboarding a client meant chasing forms, generating documents by hand, and hoping nobody skipped a compliance step. I turned it into a conditional pipeline where the paperwork generates itself and the next task only unlocks when the previous one is genuinely complete.
How it was built

Conditional intake
Forms branch on the client's answers, so nobody is asked for documents their case doesn't require.

Generate documents
Contracts and case documents are produced from the intake data rather than assembled by hand from a template.

Gate on payment
Tasks unlock only once payment clears, which removed an entire category of chasing.

Multi-tier approval
A tiered approval chain with a full audit trail — the compliance requirement that made the whole thing viable for a regulated business.
